Shipping

We ship anywhere in the United States. We do not ship to any other country currently.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Typically you will receive your order within 7-10 business days after your purchase date. Shipments will be sent within 1-3 business days of your payment approval. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, etc. it may take longer.

**Please note during our Holiday Season and busier times of the year, your order may take a little longer than usual to get to you. It may take up to 15 days for you to receive your order after your purchase date. Please send us an email at info@yeplights.com for any questions regarding our lead time and if you are needing an order sooner (we can't make any promises, but will try to accommodate you the best we can).

Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

**FREE Shipping will automatically be applied to orders over $150. Your order total must be at least $150 after all discounts are applied pre-taxed. No code is needed to receive free shipping. However, in the checkout page under, "Shipping Method" you must select the option for "Free Shipping $0.00" if you fail to do so, NO refund will be given if you select the "Flat Rate" shipping option instead of the "Free Shipping $0.00" option. Please check the correct box in order to receive your Free Shipping.

 

Return Policy

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your Name, Order Number and Details about the product you would like to return, along with why you are returning it. We will respond within 1-3 business days with the address to ship it back to and with instructions for how to return items from your order. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) please email us immediately at: info@yeplights.com along with your Name, Order Number, Details about the product you are returning, and photos of the error. 

*You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Must be in original packaging, no damage, in working condition, with all box contents included to receive your refund. You will need to pay the return shipping costs and ship to the address we provide (once you Contact Us).


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
